24.01.2022 It’s a new year! As the calendar resets just a reminder that unfortunately some things followed us into 2021. To keep our studios protected, our staff and community safe and to lower the risk of spreading C19, we ask all our beloved members to please wear a mask into and out of the studio. You can remove your mask to RIDE, smile at your friends, let out the all important woohoo and take the much needed sips of water but hugs and high fives are back to being done from a distance and please sanitise your hands when you arrive at reception. Let’s keep our spirits high and our vigilance higher. We got some big things to do in 2021 and C19 ain’t gonna get in the way this time! 23.01.2022 Its Mardi Gras week! Excited to announce guest instructor from NYC @zax_fit will be taking over the podium Thursday 6.30pm and SaturdaY 10am for a special 1 hour PRIDE RIDE. Living in NYC for the past 10 years Zack has worked with many different brands including teaching classes for Equinox before moving into corporate with them managing group fitness classes and helping with developing different classes. From he started working with Soul Cycle corporate. Zacks qualifica...tions include SWERVE Fitness (Indoor cycling) Mile High Run Club (Treadmill Studio) and AQUA Studio (Cycling in the water). Aside from that he also has a facility with NYU Medical and has created fitness programs for people with disabilities and diseases. Hailing originally from Sydney Australia, Amy has been living in the UK for the past 9 years, teaching cycle for 2 years in London, at core collective and doghouse fitness. Also a PT, Amy was Qualified at the University of Sydney Bachelor of Education in 2010 and moved to London to be a PE/Geography school teacher, at a prep school in London for the last 9 years. Testing me. Triggering me. Putting me under pressure that lve never felt before. But in my heart my truth was undeniable and my trust unbreakable. Both the best choices in my life so far. To everyone that helped me get here l will never forget you, l am incredibly thankful and it will all be returned ten fold. See ya 2020.
