The best thing about a broker is that we will be there for you for life and be part of your family's special events. We look forward next year to do it again for their new investment property purchase and boy's birthdays.

21.01.2022 Always great to catch up with long time university friend and former VicRoads staff John to wish him and his family a Merry Christmas and to thank him for his support and referrals to other VicRoads staff. As always we will provide the same great service to the new staff as we have for John. One of the things I miss at VicRoads was the great view from our office.

16.01.2022 Last Christmas client visit for first home buyer and former Rebel Sport friend James to wish him and his fiance all the best for the construction of their dream home which is expected to be completed in late January 2020. We understand the challenges first home buyers encounter so we take that extra time and care to assist them and complete on their behalf the first home owners grant, loan application forms and the construction payments to ensure there is no errors or delays. I look forward to seeing the completion of their dream home next year.

15.01.2022 One year ago during the Men’s FIFA World Cup Finals the journey began for these first home buyers as we met at their house to assist with a land and house construction loan. Today for the Women’s FIFA World Cup Final we meet again on site to see the start of their dream home being built. We look forward to the house warming in one year time for the Tokyo Olympics.

05.01.2022 Buying your first home can be challenging and rewarding and so very happy for fellow VicRoads friend who managed my finance for my multi million dollar contracts for over 6 years at VicRoads and so happy to be able to pay the favour and assist with her finance to purchase her first home. Having a broker to guide you through the process can make this overwhelming process more manageable and provide you with the necessary contacts such as a conveyancer to assist with settlement. So very happy to be able to place my magnetic business card on the fridge for the house she now owns.

04.01.2022 A very emotional night visiting a family before they head off to their long awaited overseas holiday tomorrow which will be the first overseas holidays since their honeymoon 20 years ago. For a hard working class family paying their home loan, personal loan, car loan, credit cards, etc it was never possible for them to save for a holiday, until we consolidated all the loans to save thousands on the monthly repayment and seek equity from their house to get them to their firstm...ac-gnificient overseas holiday. The most touching part of the night is to see their two kids and daddy all excited to spend their first white Christmas and to watch their beloved Liverpool play Leicester City on 27 December. These are the moments that will bring a life time of memories for the family and to make those hard working days all worth it. As a broker, this is why we work the long hours to make dreams happen for hard working family who just need a break so they can deserve a well earn holiday with their family.
