24.01.2022 3D Energy recently installed a 13kW commercial solar system for Morningside Vet Clinic on Wynnum Rd. Major system components included 50 x Award Winning Norwegian 260W Peak Energy panels, 1 x Italian Power-One 10kW inverter and 1 x Italian Power-One 2.5kW inverter with Australian made Sunlock tilt & flush mounting system. This system is estimated to produce 49kWh / day which represents savings of $4,600 / year on the current tariff...Morningside Vet will definitely not have to worry about the ongoing rising cost of electricity with this quality system!!

21.01.2022 A recently completed 17.16kW residential solar system designed and installed by 3D Energy at Bulimba QLD. Consumption for this large house was averaging around 88kWh/day and bills up to $2K/qtr...Wow! By implementing a few other measures to increase daytime consumption and reducing overnight consumption the owners will see a significant reduction in imported electricity and future bills. There's also enough surplus solar power that's available for storing energy for night time use when battery prices decrease. System comprises of 66 x 260W Norwegian REC panels, 3 phase Austrian Fronius 10kW and 5kW Hybrid (battery ready) inverters, Fronius 3 phase smart meter for monitoring and Australian made Sunlock mounting system...all great quality materials and with long warranty periods - great investment to reduce ongoing electricity costs!

12.01.2022 Looks like our friends at Toombul Bowls Club at Northgate in the northern suburbs of Brisbane have got themselves an early Christmas present with a new 60.84kW solar system!! This system has been built using quality European and Australian made products - 234 x 260W Norwegian REC panels, 3 x 20kW Austrian Fronius Symo 3 phase inverters and Australian made Sunlock mounting system. It is estimated to produce on average 225kWh per day which will significantly reduce costly imported electricity and provide ongoing savings over at least a 25 year life span...now that what I call forward thinking!!

06.01.2022 Heres the result of a dodgy solar installation. Back in Feb 2016 I was working in this area installing some quality solar installations and saw this poor example on a neighbouring roof. I quickly got up onto the roof and posted it to the Crap Solar FB group along with the many other Crap Solar installations across the country - a lot on there as a result of the big sales companies who supply cheap inferior materials, subcontract their installations out and dont pay appropriate rates to get quality installers. Yesterday, that particular dodgy solar installation caught fire . I didnt spend anytime on the roof inspecting or conducting maintenance on it - only to take some quick pics and shake my head. A good warning to all home owners...ensure you do your research, get quality materials and installed by professionals.

03.01.2022 Another extremley happy customer at Yeronga QLD with this recently finished 17.64kW solar system. As always, quality materials have been installed, this time using 56 x award winning LG 315W panels and 3 x Fronius inverters including a 5kW Hybrid inverter (15kW inverter capacity in total). This system is a true battery ready system and will definitely achieve great results for this customer!
