25.01.2022 Okay people here it is, the final rule revision for the next year, all club delegates and technical advisers have been consulted. We have all worked very hard to improve the rules, we are 100% united with the decisions and changes that have been made. Please note the following points as being changed and improved for the benefit and growth of the sport and our respective clubs. 1,8.4,15.1 engine options 1 and 2, 15.8,15.9

24.01.2022 Racers! RCRA are regularly considering ways to bring value to our clubs and one of the recent investigations is if we can "group buy" Race Timing Software for all (or at least a majority) of our clubs. We are therefore looking to understand what software clubs use to better guide this initiative. Our aims are to;... - Negotiate with the majority used software company - Look to obtain reduced overall fees for our clubs - Utilise RCRA resources to pay upfront in advance and then enable monthly fees to clubs to assist club cashflow - Standardise software for RCRA Sanctioned Events - Maintain a register of "expert" uses to assist with club support We have sent an email to all club contacts today, so bring this to your attention to keep you informed of what is occurring (especially as not everyone is racing) and attempt to maximise the response rate (ie: if you are a club contact look out for the email or speak to your committee regularly, let them know this is out there) Thanks in advance!

20.01.2022 Well its done and dusted, the 2019 RCRA large-scale off-Road titles are complete. 4 days of racing on a new track proved a huge success with visitors and competitors from all across Australia and 1 special guest from Germany. The RCRA Large-Scale off-road section would like to thank the Sydney Society of Model Engineers for hosting the event this year, it was a massive undertaking with rebuilding the entire track and section.... Our event was a great success and it just wouldn't have been without the support of the section members! A special thank you goes to our race director for the event Brad Davis, it ran flawlessly under his control and guidance. As your all aware all the affiliated clubs voted on the issue and it was passed so the adjustment has been made. The wording of the paragraph has been approved by all the club delegates, any questions they will be happy to clarify for you.

04.01.2022 Hi Racers - over a month ago, an email was sent to all clubs regarding re-affiliation for RCRA / AARCMCC for 2019. The email would have come from [email protected] To date we only have around a 30% response from clubs. I am of the belief that the email has gone to SPAM or Junk in many cases - a result of us not wanting to pay $$$ for formal email campaign management unfortunately as sending to 100s of email addresses via bcc often flags an email in a bad way. So, Im... trying to get the word out by the various FB pages. Can I ask that you check with your club committees if they have seen the email, or if you are a committee member yourself, go and investigate. I will be re emailing all clubs again today as well. 03.01.2022 Good afternoon all, As all our affiliated members and clubs will be aware there has recently been a vote taken in regards to the stock 32cc engine being allowed within our short course class. The rule will be drafted and approved by your respective club delegates before its added to our current document.... The affiliated clubs consisted of the following, SSME, SALS, LSCV, QORLS, GRCOR, WABA, UHROC, WALSOA, I'm sure you all know the abbreviations. The Votes for totaled 102 and against 24, therefore allowing the use of the 32 cc engine. The rule draft will be done, approved, then updated. Thank you
