25.01.2022 During all of ABIS Building and Timber Pest Inspections we use a tool called the Thermal Imaging Camera. This tool is very important and used to help detect if there are Active Termites or leaks behind the walls, in the subfloor or ceiling. The two images below were from Pre-Purchase Building and Pest Inspection conducted by ABIS showing where there was a leak with a toilet and a leak from the upstairs shower.
