21.01.2022 Great news! We will be reopening on September 29th! Please wait for our call to book you in if you are in our wait list. If you are not on our wait list, please text your surname, dogs name, and dogs breed to 0422076883 and we will add you to the list. Alternatively you can call 95740433. Please leave a message if we can’t take your call. Our list is currently 93 phone numbers long (over 100 dogs!) so it may take some time to get to you. If you’d like to check you are on the ...list, please do so. Unfortunately we will not be able to do cat grooming for the remainder of the year. Hopefully we will be in a position to bring it back next year. Thank you again for your understanding and loyalty.

21.01.2022 We regret to inform you that we will now be closed for the Stage 4 lockdowns over the 6 week period. We are unable to squeeze anyone in tomorrow or Wednesday as we are already fully booked as many of you know. I understand that this will be difficult for many and I apologise for the issues this may cause but we have no choice. All appointments from Thursday onwards will be cancelled. I will not be making further appointments for the end of the 6 week period but will instead b...e putting everyone on a list which I will contact towards the end of the stage 4, when we can be sure we will be opening. Those who already have appointments booked in will be at the top of the list of customers to call, beginning with customers who have had to reschedule due to the restrictions put it place on Sunday, then those booked in this Friday, followed by those booked in this Saturday and so forth. If you wish to go on the list for next available appointment, please leave your dogs name and surname below or you may call us from Thursday. 20.01.2022 The Premier of Victoria has announced a return to the restrictions. There are only 4 reasons to leave your home from midnight tomorrow. As such, we are back to only offering appointments for essential grooming. That is for dogs that are matted or need grooming for medical reasons such as skin conditions. If you have an existing appointment with us and do not feel it is essential, please let us know so we can cancel your appointment. As we have a number of vulnerable staff members, we strongly support this decision and encourage anyone who is sick to please refrain from visiting until you are well. Please do not have a friend or family bring your dog in if you are sick as you may have left traces on your dog to pass on to us. We appreciate your cooperation and compassion. 13.01.2022 COVID19 Update. There is a case in Noble Park who has visited many locations. ACE dog clipping and grooming is not listed as an exposure site. I have not received any word that this individual or anyone in his household has visited us. We will be taking extra precautions to avoid contact over the coming weeks while we determine the spread. If you are sick, please cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you have visited any of the exposure sites, please call to let us know a...nd we will reschedule. 12.01.2022 Dan Andrews has announced a 2 week extension on stage 4 lockdown. The Herald Sun is suggesting we may not be able to open until October 26th. We will wait for further news on this. Please note we are not booking anyone in. We are putting everyone’s names on a list in order from their booking date followed by when they requested to join the list. Once we have an open day we will call everyone in order of first priority (those who waited the longest). If you’d like to know what number you are on the list, text me on 0422076883 and I will let you know. We currently have 76 customers on the list with some owning multiple dogs. 10.01.2022 Happy New Year! Our Christmas break is nearly at an end. We will be taking calls tomorrow to help you secure your booking and return on Tuesday. Unfortunately we are already fully booked for the first week but still have plenty of appointments available for the following week. Please be aware our Saturdays are filling up fast these days. We have also opened for cat grooming on Thursdays starting this week. We look forward to seeing you all in the near future
