24.01.2022 ALWAYS USE A LICENSED PLUMBER! Attended a job in Coogee for a clients rental property as the tenants were complaining about a leak to the ground floor ceiling in the laundry when ever the bath was used. A quick inspection through an inspection panel revealed some nasty surprises. This ten year old house had been owner built, and obviously plumbing work undertaken by an amateur. There was no riser on the charged floor waste riser, causing water to leak onto ceiling panels. Th...is could have caused water to get into lights and given someone a fatal electric shock! Ceiling had all water damage and all drainage works were uncompliant to Australian standards. If you look closely, the installer couldnt get the correct fall on the pipes so they used a heat gun to bend the pipes to desired heights! None of the drain was clipped either. This is a perfect example of why you need to use licensed plumbers, you will get a quality, safe and legal install! See more

21.01.2022 Some before pictures of a recent renovation In booragoon. Owner wanted to update the daggy 70s bathroom, powder room and granny flat bathroom. Complete with green toilets, basins and Roman bath, it was definitely in need of an update !

21.01.2022 After: Adross One happy client! Previously had other plumbers come to quote to and said it was going to be a huge job. I installed quarter turn long handle taps for the laundry sink, and a set of quarter turn washing machine taps. The new taps make it so much easier for the elderly client to use.

15.01.2022 Watch this space! A job currently in its construction phase in hamilton hill. Another blank canvas, convert the rear storage area on a granny flat, to a luxurious, unique and colourful ensuite. Will have a stunning hand painted dual basins and mixers on a jarrah bench top, large shower with channel grate, toilet, washing machine waste provision, large freestanding bath and back to wall, close coupled toilet. 14.01.2022 Water service and prelay completed at an extension in nedlands. Addition of a laundry, bathroom and powder room to this house. More pictures to come as job progresses

13.01.2022 One of my regular clients had complained of a water leak to his rental property in Scarborough. Located the leak under the hot water unit- a pretty common area for a leak. Replaced a section of copper pipe which had a large hole in it, and another section which was thinning out. All completed and hot water system operational

11.01.2022 Small laundry renovation- smart way to use space. Full length benchtop and overhead cupboards to make up for small trough beforehand. Overhead washing machine taps relocated to inside cabinets to hide ugly washing machine hoses. Beautiful deep china sink and modern flick mixer finish this off!

11.01.2022 After renovation booragoon: bathrooms have been transformed with dual outlet showers, channel grate, freestanding bath, wall hung vanity with hidden waste in wall, modern toilets and tapware. The results speak for themselves!

10.01.2022 Another ensuite renovation completed here in thornlie. Wall hung vanity with waste into wall to give the vanity the floating look. Quality tapware and toilet also installed.

09.01.2022 The blank canvas in nedlands in finally complete. This was previously an empty space, needing new drains, prelay and water supply to suit this bathroom, laundry and powder room. Final results look great! Bath/shower with divertor mixer installed, two close coupled back to wall toilet suites, wall hung basin and floating wall hung vanity with hidden waste.

08.01.2022 Before: Adross. An elderly client in Adross, was complaining about her laundry sink/washing machine taps hurting her hands. These taps are known to be problematic!

07.01.2022 Customer complained about blocked shower. Old steel waste pipes rust, and can catch hair etc to cause blockages. New PVC trap and pipework to be installed to ensure many more years of free flowing showers!

04.01.2022 Installed something a little different today on a renovation in Booragoon. Caroma puro cistern and a liano wall faced back to wall toilet pan with soft close seat. Happy with the result !

03.01.2022 Gyprock sheeting is now up on this extension. Bath installed and ready for Tiling/waterproofing.

02.01.2022 Another small bathroom renovation completed in Osbourne Park. Old bath/shower removed, bath taps deleted, new shower mixer installed on opposite wall. Dual outlet shower rail installed, and to top it off a dual mixer basin vanity!

02.01.2022 Before & AFTER... Blocked outside drain in Coolbellup. Replaced old clay drain with a PVC drain & found tree roots & heaps of child toys.

02.01.2022 Working on a public holiday to keep the clients happy. Another small ensuite renovation complete. Close coupled back to wall toilet suit installed, shower mixer, dual outlet shower and wall hung vanity with basin mixer installed.
