Depending on you experience with Pilates, current fitness level, and injury history, our classes are labelled with a beginners - intermediate - advanced banner to help select a class that’s right for you. We also offer one class that is a half and half - a matwork and reformer class to mix things up within the different modes of Pilates. This class is great for those people really wanting to foc...us on correct core activation and is a great place to start if you are new!
