09.01.2022 This is one of those cheap little tools that gets a TON of use from me. Good news its on sale. I used SmartMockups during the Content Snare launch to create some images of our UX designs on a laptop. It gets used to mockup opt-ins (ebooks etc) onto devices to boost conversions. "What I loved the most is that it was super simple to read, short and to the point... in classic James Schramko style. It's exactly as long as it needs to be, which is pretty rare in business books. In other words, it's the kind of book I'll definitely read again when I need a kick up the butt or want to jog some ideas.... This first run through jogged so many ideas, which I'll, of course, have to run through the idea filter described in the book ;)"

06.01.2022 This is a bloody cool platform that enables personalised messaging to your website visitors. At a ridiculous price. Ive been looking at RightMessage for a while, but its pretty expensive for what I wanted it for. Its more focussed on personalising messages on your website based on what information you have in your email list. If you dont have a huge list that youre regularly driving back to your website, the benefit it kind of lost.... This tool instead allows you to personalise based on location, time, device, and most importantly... URL parameters. So you could create a link to your site like "mywebsite(.)com?audience=plumbers" and automatically change the main heading to call out to plumbers. And the hero image to show a picture of a plumber. And the testimonials. And whatever else you want to change. Ive been doing stuff like this but coded into WordPress. Its pretty tedious to do. This tool makes it really simple to do without any code... so thats nice. Normally $99 per month. $49 for life with this deal. AppSumo are on a freaking roll with awesome deals lately.
