24.01.2022 Thank you to the Eurobodalla Orchid Society for their wonderful hospitality, a great South and West Regional Show, congratulations to a great team of orchid growers. Also a special thank you to all the clubs involved, your displays were magnificent, we all know how much work and organisation is involved in taking and showing our orchids in another area. Hope to see you all in Wagga Wagga in 2021 Bless you all and keep growing wonderful orchids.

20.01.2022 Our next meeting is on Tuesday 5th November 2019 at the Murray Valley Centre, Pearce Street, Wodonga. 7pm for benching of your orchids and Novice meeting with Anna followed by our monthly meeting and AGM. Looking forward to seeing our new members and all our regulars.

17.01.2022 Orchid show this weekend at Corowa

16.01.2022 The Albury-Wodonga and District Orchid Club committee and the Three Rivers Orchid Show committee have decided to cancel the Inland Orchid Show held at Lavington and the Three Rivers Orchid Show held at Corowa for 2020 due to the difficulties and uncertainties around COVID-19. If anyone would like to purchase bark, pots or other supplies please notify us and we will try to arrange this for you.

11.01.2022 Attention please note Meetings at the Murray Valley Centre, Pearce St, Wodonga has been cancelled due to COVID-19. The Orchid Society of NSW has recommended to all affiliated clubs & societies that they cancel their meetings. Our concern is that the age of the majority of our members are in the most danger age group. We have made this decision after canvassing several of our members. The committee was then unanimous in deciding to cancel our meetings until further notice. We ...have not cancelled our show at this time and are continuing with the organising of arrangements. We will continually monitor the situation regarding whether we should cancel the show as we get closer to the date. Wagga Wagga club and Goulburn Valley club have both decided to close until further notice. Please note the Goulburn Valley Orchid Club has cancelled their autumn show and have postponed the interclub walkabout. Regards Albury-Wodonga & District Orchid Club

09.01.2022 To Carmel, Travis and Donna and families, the Albury-Wodonga and District Orchid Club would like to extend their sincere sympathy on the passing of your husband and Dad Geoff Milton. Geoff, a very passionate grower of orchids, was a life member of the club, held positions on committee, helped at the show and supported our club for many many years, he will be sadly missed by our club members. Please know that our members are thinking of you all at this sad time.

07.01.2022 Albury-Wodonga & District Orchid Club display at the south and West Regional Show held at Moruya. We received champion ribbons for cymbidium and oncidium, plus several other firsts and seconds. Congratulations to all who entered plants.
