25.01.2022 Just seven sleeps till Aldinga airfield opens up for everyone to get past the fences and up close to over 30 resident & visiting aircraft. On display are a range of vintage & classic aircraft, helicopters, community & emergency service aircraft and a diverse range of private aircraft. Two aerobatic displays by Jesse Jury & the legendary Chris Sperou are scheduled. Come & try your hand at the flight simulators, talk to the owners & builders and see how the aeroplanes work.... Entry is free & $2 gets you into the running for one of three trial flights kindly donated by Adelaide Biplanes. Gates open at 10am with free onsite parking. See you there.

21.01.2022 Yesterday, Aldinga Aviation & the Aldinga Aero Club presented cheques totaling $1500 to the Aldinga Beach B-7 school 'breakfast for kids' program. The funds comprise the proceeds of both the the raffle & sausage sizzle held at our recent open day. Over 2500 people visited the airfield during the open day to get up close to the resident aircraft & watch Jesse Jury & Chris Sperou's superb aerobatic displays. 18.01.2022 Aldinga Aviation is proud to announce the commissioning of its new 24 hour credit card operated Avgas fuel bowser. The bowser has been funded by the airfield owners (Aldinga Aviation) & any profits will return to the airfield. As an introductory offer until the end of May, we are selling Avgas at $1.996/ litre (no minimum qty). What better excuse to fire up the aeroplane than to fill up with fuel while saving money!

10.01.2022 Aldinga Airfield is holding an open day for the public on October 14th. Over 20 aircraft on static display, pilots on hand to discuss their aircraft & flight simulators available for everyone to try. Come & talk to owners & builders, sit in an aircraft & get up close to the aeroplanes just as we used to before their were fences. Entry is free & parking on site. Hope to see you there, 10am- 4pm.
