25.01.2022 Kalgoorlie Kickboxing A retail space was purchased, to be turned into a kickboxing Dojo. Many alterations to the building where required to bring the building up to the standard for a gym/Dojo. I helped my client through the processes required, to be allowed to operate this building as a Kickboxing Dojo. Below are some of the changes made: building change of use development application was required... whole building needed to be made disability accessible new lined car park with disabled car parking space fitted existing toilets removed and a disability & ambulant toilet fitted entire building insulated and glass in windows upgraded to comply with energy requirements of the national construction code See more

19.01.2022 When my client contacted me regarding this carport, she was at a bit of a loss, as to go about getting everything she needed. I helped design it so it matched the style of the house, obtained her development approval and building permit. She is one very happy lady now.

19.01.2022 What an amazing transformation of this small art deco cottage in Lamington, the client wanted to put on a significant extension, with new ensuite, walk in robe, new kitchen, family room and outdoor living. I really love helping peoples vision become a reality.

05.01.2022 A house with a difference, the client wished to build the house himself, using a standard shed kit. I helped bring the house up to a residential house standard, needed to comply with the Building Code of Australia.

04.01.2022 Over the school holidays, I got to check out some projects that I have been working on, This project was to change a residential house into a professional consulting rooms. This can be quite a lengthy process, with having to change the use of the building and bringing everything up to standard for disabled access etc.

04.01.2022 Had a lot of fun doing this one, a full measure of Yada Thai restaurant on Hannan St. and drafting of a floor plan.

04.01.2022 On my last trip to Esperance, I was thrilled to see this little house finished. A custom design for a young couple building their first house. We designed it in such a way, that it will be very easy to extend in the future.

03.01.2022 I was very happy to help out with this project, Amana living now have a fully equipped in-house dental facility. This allows patients who are unable to leave the facility to have dental care.
