19.01.2022 I have to share about my day yesterday and my week thus far, as you all know by now I am working so so hard to shed my armour (weight) and rise to be the Goddess I was created to be, and I am doing fan-bloody-tastic too!! This week has seen me battle with a severe kidney infection that I have manifested in my body temple, and working out and abstaining has been a challenge this week...... being so ill... I am currently working on the memory cells in my body temple to eliminat...e unwanted and unneeded old thoughts, habits and reactive states. I as shed my armour, I consciously shed those cells simultaneously; incredible ........................and life changing. But we all have our challenging days & yesterday I was struggling badly I felt like I was sinking into the abyss......... an all too familiar feeling for me I turned to an outside person for help, and they were unable to assist me to deal with the emotions that were surfacing for me making yesterday such a hugely challenging day emotionally , I was really suffering, I felt confused and lost......... After working on my feet for 14 hours straight, I made myself go to the gym and worked out for an hour, I cried and worked out and cried, until I couldn't cry anymore, I allowed my body to shed the cells that were yesterday's issues and I am now released .......... completely & utterly released I am going to share this method with the world this is a game changer......... for someone who has done SO much mainstream therapy, this method is cumulative, of everything I have studied read listen to for many years it works and I AM healing myself. watch this space ................................
