23.01.2022 Rocking my doTERRA shirt today! I even have my doTERRA tights on that i got from convention. Sooooo comfy, i keep rubbing my butt cheeks because the fabric is so smooth I did buy a pair for my sister but not sure if I want to hand them over so I can have a second pair
22.01.2022 PACKING!! Why does it have to be so hard to limit your oils to just a few though??? I have 3 spots left. What do you take travelling as a must? ... So far I have Litsea in case I get crook, I have my On Guard soft gels so I don't get crook (I have been taking them everyday in the lead up just in case!, Zendocrine because I know I am going to fill up on junk so my detox organs are going to need help, Terrazyme for after lunch to keep alert and not sleepy while I digest yummy food, oils for my hair rinse, sleepy oils, frankincense just in case I need extra help sleeping or get swollen feet from all the walking!!! Oh and Ice Blue Rub for that too! And I have my Lifelong Vitality Supps....I think that should be it.........
22.01.2022 I've just had a kid free bath in the dark with just my new diffuser bubbling away, epsom salts and oils in the bath and a clay mask followed by my made by me lush face serum for my face for afterwards Blissed out and feeling like a queen This is health care at its finest Goodnight everyone

18.01.2022 Suffer from cold Sores??? How much do they suck?!!!! My son woke up with one this morning after having dry cracked lips from this dry cold weather Lysine tablets used to be our go to but I have found they are no longer very effective anymore. Especially if it's a doozy! Those HURT! This is what we use now!!
17.01.2022 Something pretty cool happened this morning with my little miss...... She didn't want to go to school today because she wanted to stay home to play and build cubby houses out of the cushions with the cats......(I'm pretty sure the cats wanted her to go to school ) Anyway i said no sweety it's a school day so go and put your shoes and socks on.....I walked into her room 5 mins later to find her sitting on the floor ugly crying I sat down and we snuggled and I asked why sh...e was so upset and she said she just wanted to stay home to play.....I took her to the bathroom, sat her on the bench to clean her face up and said let me get some oils (she normally says no to my yes so I was surprised when she said yes to this) We went through the few in my purse and she chose the Dream roller, my Citrus Bloom roller and Hope (this one because she said it smells like lollies ) So one at a time we rolled them on our hands cupped our face and took deep breaths together and I rolled Hope on her shirt collar and we were good to go!! Something I did say while doing this is "omg these smell so good, it makes me feel so good too" It worked so well i wish I had of gotten a pic of her sweet smiling face before we left! #sograteful #doterraislife #emotionalavailability #canbeexhausting #soworthit
14.01.2022 I had the most refreshing conversation with a staff member at my local Petbarn this afternoon! These are my 2 fur babies Sasha and Bear, Bear is the goofy looking one and Sasha is my cuddly old girl sweetheart I took them down for a nice warm bath and while I was there I asked about Sasha's tail which she is loosing fur on and then we got onto Bear and his anxious chewing! She could tell he was an anxious dog just from his behaviour. She showed me Rescue Remedy for Bear and... I said oh I have oils at home and I was going to make something up.... She was like well then, do you have Lavender and Frankincense?? I said yep, then she's like yep use them on his tummy and bottoms of feet then she said to use oils on Sasha's tail as well and we chatted about which ones ect and if I had I seen The Essential Vet on Facebook ect.... It was bloody awesome!!!!! She could have sold me stuff especially for Sasha's tail still but she knew the goodness I already had at home

08.01.2022 Essential Oils can totally impact our emotional state! Let tell you how I'll try to make it non sciency boring for you. We have little tentacle like neurons in the soft mucousy tissue in our nasal cavity (and it's actually quite a large area in behind our noses) and the molecules that are the 'smell' we smell get trapped in this mucous and the neurons then signal the brain about which molecules they are and we then 'smell' them (it all happens in an instant, sounds like a t...edious process though lol) Do you know what the best part about this is?.........Those signals go straight to the amygdala area of the brain!! The amygdala is where emotional responses good and bad come from and when the amygdala is activated in a positive way it then activates an area associated with positive emotion and then feel good vibes are released! Bad feelings can be turned into good feelings with just a pleasurable smell. Do you know what else starts in the amygdala? Anxious feelings. The amygdala is friends with Vetiver and Bergamot.....just saying. The Moral of the story is........ESSENTIAL OILS ARE AMAZING
08.01.2022 All I can think about right now is CONVENTION!!!! It's been a long time since I've gone to a corporate event and I am pumped!! I can't wait to learn all that I am going to learn!!!! 6 more sleeps to go!!! Who else is going? Excited is actually an understatement!!!

06.01.2022 ***New Products*** Woohoo New products available from our AUS warehouse!! These new oils are going to be life changing, even more so for some that have health struggles! I wish I could be more specific but until TGA approval comes through you will just have to know that these new oils have massive health benefits, in particular - Tumeric, Pink Pepper, Green Mandarin and so excitedly.......Yarrow/POM I have these newbies from in my convention kit so if you are local to... me and what to check them out feel free to call in!! The research that is coming out for these oils and their health benefits is so exciting

03.01.2022 OMG this whole thing has had me crying my face off!!! I can't seem to contain the emotions I feel when they talk about co impact sourcing and how the harvesting of Pink Pepper has enabled 2 women in particular in Kenya to be able to not sell themselves to support their family and the harvesters of Wintergreen has enabled families in Nepal to buy nutritious food, housing, school attendance and decrease the infant mortality rate We're doing good guys when we buy these oils If you think you are to insignificant to induce change then think again!!!!
03.01.2022 I have a tip for you!!! You know when you have unexpected guests come over and you need to freshen up your toilet space just a wee bit with an air freshener????? Well we know the likes of Air Wick and Glade air fresheners are bad for our health....so do this instead ... Whatever salt you have (I have a gazillion kilos of epsom salts leftover from our DIY day so i used that, check out your local animal feed barn kind of place, I got mine for $5 a kilo!!!) pop some in a jar or glass dish and add your desired drops of essential oils, pop it on the shelf and your good to go!! 24 hours later and I can still smell the Motivate I put in there last night from when my in laws came over! A bonus.....keep using the same salts and just add whatever oils you like each time I would have put Citrus Bloom in there like I did last time but I can't find it
01.01.2022 At home in my own and before 8pm and it feels good. I've doused myself in sleepy oils and dropped a drop of Frank under my tongue..... Goodnight guys, I hope you all sleep well tonight too because I shall be!
