03.01.2022 NERD ALERT I must confess I'm a bit of a nerd and love the numbers side of property investing Images attached:... 1. How much tax you are paying? 2. How much does it cost to own an investment property? In this example, it's cashflow positive because interest rates are so low! 3. Do you know how much depreciation you can claim at tax time?
