07.01.2022 AF Challenge Transformation: Belinda My family has had a tumultuous couple of years. I gained 30 kilos. I was diagnosed with depression and PTSD. Before the challenge a surgeon told me I had arthritis and I would never run again. During the eight weeks I have not had any alcohol, chocolate, ice cream etc and I have lost 15.5 kilograms and 52.5 cms. I can run at speed 10 for a minute which is a huge improvement. I am very proud to say I have achieved my goals. The AF Challenge will include goal-specific workouts, weekly tips, trainer support and nutritious meal plans to help you make lifelong improvements for your health and well-being!
