25.01.2022 Our books are full! Thank you so much to all my wonderful supporters. This hasn't been an easy decision to make but after careful consideration I have decided to close my books to new clients for the time being. Online booking is still available for existing clients but I won't be accepting any online bookings for new clients.

25.01.2022 We are facing an extreme situation with the spread of COVID-19. As a local community we need to adhere to strict regulations for the safety of others. It is for this reason I am going to shut my massage doors at the close of business tomorrow (Wednesday 25th March). At this stage I don't know how long before I can open up again. 25.01.2022 Apogee Massage Therapy is moving to Mittagong, NSW! Living and working in Westleigh has been wonderful and it's quite sad to be leaving. But I'm also looking forward to what the next season will bring. It has been a pleasure helping you with all your massage needs and if you are ever in the Southern Highlands please look me up. In the mean time you are still able to schedule appointments for a massage up until Friday 30th June, which is my last day of work in Westleigh.

25.01.2022 Happy New Year everyone! I love the start of a new year. I trust you have enjoyed some time off these holidays to recharge the batteries. I'm having a little time off with my family but am looking forward to being back at the massage table from Tuesday January 17th. 25.01.2022 Get ready! Apogee Massage Therapy is opening its doors tomorrow for the first time in our new location - 18 Marchmont Drive, Mittagong. Even though the location is new, there's a lot that hasn't changed. You will still get the same individualised massage treatments, the same attention to detail, the same care for your health and well being and the same easy on-line booking for your appointments.

24.01.2022 Only 44 days to go until Christmas! What does that knowledge do to you? If you are like me and perhaps not as organized as you would like to be, the very thought of Christmas and all the things that you still have to do can have a negative effect on your emotional and physical health. If you are already feeling a little stressed and tense can I encourage you to include a 60 minute massage treatment as part of your preparation towards Christmas. It will help you sleep better, think better and feel better. The benefits you receive from a single massage far outweigh the investment of one hour of your time.

21.01.2022 Yesterday the NSW government relaxed the rules for massage services during the Covid-19 season. Therapeutic and remedial massage business are now open. This means I'm able to accept bookings for massages again. Be assured I will be doing everything possible at my end to keep every client safe and healthy but if you aren't feeling well or have any concerns for your health I encourage you to stay at home and self isolate during this season. 19.01.2022 Do you qualify for a free 60 minute massage??? The benefits of receiving regular massage therapy are well documented. 16.01.2022 My goodness time has flown this year. I can't believe it's almost December. Just letting you know Apogee Massage Therapy will be taking a short break for a family holiday. We are packing the kids into the car and driving West for a few weeks. My last day of work for 2019 will be Tuesday 17th December. I'm back at the massage table again on Tuesday 28th January 2020! There are still plenty of available times on my online calendar to book in for a massage before Christmas.

10.01.2022 Phew it's been a hot one this week to get back into the swing of things! I hope everyone has had a lovely break over Christmas. It's almost been 12 months since I opened my massage doors here in Mittagong and I must say I have really enjoyed the tree change! I'm looking forward to another great year down here, meeting new people and helping all my clients achieve their health and well being goals.

05.01.2022 This picture is a good representation of me currently! After a recent skiing holiday with the family I'm now booked in for knee surgery and will consequently be out of action later this month. I still have a couple of available appointments over the next two weeks but they are filling fast. Luckily it should be a fairly short recovery and I will be back at the massage table again on October 15th. I hope everyone is enjoying this lovely Spring weather.
