23.01.2022 Ashfield Pirates Development Trials for the 2021 football season are here! If you didn't make an NPL or SAP club for the 2021 football season and want to be trained by some of the best coaches in the Inner West lead by Nick Mouzourakis, then come and trial with Ashfield Pirates FC for a position in our Development program. Our long term goal of creating a centre of excellence was met in 2020 with more than 10% of players playing in the Pirates Development Program have made SA...P & NPL clubs for the 2021 football season. Development squads will train twice a week and will participate in games in the CDSFA competition on weekend’s during the 2021 football season. You can either start a complete team or just register as a player and we will place your child in a team. November the 3rd is start date of the Pirates Summer Sixes but more information to follow. Come and join us at Hammond park and play in the Pirates Summer Sixes. The best way for your children to find new friends and keep healthy.

18.01.2022 What an incredible first weekend of football. The standout for the weekend was our BBC team winning the first game of the year against the 2019 Grand Finalists Enfield Rovers 5-3. I lost my voice singing the Pirates song! Well done to all Pirates teams.

15.01.2022 PIRATES SONG AWARD - WINNER ANNOUNCED! The winning team entered their song much earlier in the competition - very patiently waiting to see if they were the winning song! Congratulations! We will be posting the winning song in the coming days! ****... From Jean Kouriel, Club President: We had some fantastic entries for this competition with the biggest surprise being the Under 14s Development team that made up for the all the weeks they didnt sing. Ultimately there can only be one winner and that went to the Under 5-7s belting out a massive song which had all of the houses surrounding Hammond Park shaking. All of the players will receive the Scarf & Beanie combo. Thank you for all of the teams that participated but we want all of the Pirates regardless of a win, lose or draw to sing the song loud and proud every weekend so we can show the opposing teams who the Pirates really are.

14.01.2022 A new pirates member Filippo Turchi was born last night at 6.44pm, 3.5kg and 54cm. Our AA11s captain Paolo Turchi now has to train little Filippo and get her ready for the 2024 football season! All pirates are delighted that both Rebecca & Filippo are safe and healthy!

07.01.2022 A huge congratulations to Another pirates Development Player Zayed Speyer whom has made Sydney Uni under 10’s SAP team. This is a major achievement as Zayed prior to playing in the Pirates development program was playing in division 5 in 2019!
