21.01.2022 We understand that the whole covid experience has been tough on many families, especially those of children with special needs. The change in routine, the isolation of being locked up at home, not going to school and seeing friends or even just the inability to go to the local park for a play has been a lot harder than most people would understand. The silver lining is that theres not long to go. Youve done amazing so far and the end is near!... In just over two weeks, life will hopefully start going back to normal but the readjustment wont be easy. Dont forget that were here to help if you need us. The right support worker can be worth their weight in gold for both the parent / guardian and the child. Also remember: Take care of yourself. Youre doing amazing. Youve got this Have a great week.

20.01.2022 Our group activities re-launch on June 6 with an all ladies outing! Message us to book your place

04.01.2022 W E L C O M E SEBASTIEN! If youre seeking fitness and fun, look no further than our newest recruit, Sebastien! My name is Sebastien, Im 31yo, Im from Paris (France). I have been in Australia and particularly Melbourne for almost 5 years.... Soccer has been my first love and passion. I have been playing soccer with professional clubs in France since I was a teenager. I have played soccer my whole life, apart from when Im injured I then coached soccer and specialise in coaching goal keepers. I have taught soccer to all ages from 3 year old toddlers to older adults, looking for a fun way to improve their fitness and engage in a community sport. I love sharing my passion for soccer - the balls skills, strategies, mindset and fun. Since coming to Australia, I developed another passion: fitness! I love it ! I train hard myself, and I am qualified to provide personal training and small group training (now socially-distanced safe training). I can help you achieve your specific goals whether its strength, fitness, weight loss or rehabilitation. I understand the struggles and challenges of coming back from injury myself. I love working with children and teenagers - they teach you so much everyday... I have huge experience as a coach but also as an educator, which I started 10 years ago back in France. I have coached with junior teams (Melbourne City, Melbourne Victory, Calder) and loved seeing young people improve and develop in sport, fitness, confidence and socialisation. Im very passionate about what I do and especially helping others.. the contact, the communication, sharing knowledge is what motivates me. Helping people mentally and physically is my goal. Contact us to book in Sebastien!
