11.01.2022 To our valued customers, Due to the declared pandemic as a result of COVID-19 there may be some changes in the pharmacy and as a result: -You may be questioned about your travel history.... -You may be offered a mask if you have a cough. -You may see staff wearing masks and gloves for self-protection. -You may be asked to step away from the counter while waiting. -Traditionally we might ask you to sign a script; we have temporarily suspend this practice. -Don't be alarmed by these changes. They are measures that our team are taking to help protect everyone. We ask you to discuss the following with us in relation to supply of your prescription medications: -Call ahead and then wait outside the pharmacy for your order (we can phone your mobile when it’s ready). -Use EFTPOS tap and go rather than handling cash. -To leave your scripts on file and register with MedAdvisor. You can then order your scripts electronically through your smartphone and even pay in advance. Your pharmacist can give you a code. -Phone us to prepare your scripts in advance. -Send us your scripts via email to [email protected] / fax (62858789) or supply a clear photo via text message (0450903112) -Use our home delivery service (Tuesdays & Wednesdays). Thank you for your understanding our aim is to keep all of us healthy over the next few months!
