22.01.2022 Our Story. Our Aussie Bush was first introduced in 2006. My late father Elias was a diabetic battling cancer and wanted a bar with a great taste to satisfy his sweet tooth! We played in the kitchen with some ingredients and after several trials and the search for a contract manufacturer the Aussie Bush Bar was born! Unfortunately it was left on the back burner as we watched him suffer with cancer and loose his battle in 2011. His last wish to me was to not give up and re...birth his dream! The timing was right last year and together with our (his oldest grandson) RnD team got to work! Its been 1 year since the rebirth and we can honestly say that it has been received and loved all across the globe including . UAE, and across Asia .
