01.01.2022 In light of the current situation with the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and considering the fast pace that it is changing, we have decided that we have a responsibility to implement social distancing measures to reduce risk to our learners, employers and staff. We have developed a plan to utilise technology and enable us to continue to provide training and assessment, while eliminating the need for face to face contact. As of Monday the 23rd March 2020, Avidity Training and Develo...pment will be changing their delivery method from face-to-face to screen-to screen. We are fortunate to be in a good position to respond to this situation. It is also a great opportunity to diversify and further develop the quality of our services. Our trainers will be in contact with their learners over the next few days to discuss the solutions and options available and to ensure their continued participation in training and assessment. We will allow a transition period to adapt to the changes and minimise the impact as much as possible. We are 100% committed to supporting the needs of our learners and employers and will work with you throughout this time of constant change and uncertainty. If you have any questions, queries or concerns please speak directly with your trainer and/or our Training Manager David Flukes on 0409 075 386. For general business enquiries please contact our Business Development Manager Tameka Page on 0488 278 388. Take care and be safe. Carmen Gumley CEO Avidity Group
