24.01.2022 Training is good to go this week. We are back to spot training for the time being. Bring a towel and water bottle as per normal. Slight change to Wednesday and Thursday - no spectators this week - this excludes the kids class.

19.01.2022 COVID-19 UPDATE As of the 1st December all classes are back to Pre lock down. We now have the QRCODE which is placed on the front door for you to enter details. This includes parents and extended family.If you choose not too, you will have to sign a register before you can participate in class, or watch. Thank you for assisting us to keep everyone safe. 18.01.2022 TOMORROW IS GRADING DAY, MEDAL PRESENTATION AND EARLY XMAS CELEBRATION.. A LARGE NO OF STUDENTS GRADING, MAY GO OVER TIME. BETWEEN 11 TO 12PM. PRESENTATIONS STRAIGHT AFTER AND FOOD AND GIFTS AT THE END, EVERYONE IS WELCOME TO COME AND WATCH, BUT MOST IMPORTANT IS TO BE THERE FOR THE XMAS GET TOGETHER.
