25.01.2022 I often get asked about the Modere packaging. It’s not packing foam. In fact it’s gluten free potato and corn! It’s completely non-toxic and biodegradable. Empty it into the bathtub or onto the garden, pour some water on it and watch it disappear. Go on, try it! As for the box...it’s recyclable cardboard.

02.01.2022 I’ve been working with a client who has been a plumber for approx 40 years and he has chronic neck and back pain. He hadn’t heard of the Emmett technique previously so he was very skeptical. After doing the usual moves for the shoulders and neck.. Rhomboids. Scalenus and Levator Scapula and seeing little improvement, I decided to add the Omohoid/Rhomboid and voilà .amazing result!! The pain has finally gone. Same result with the back I used various sequences eg. 12th rib/Is...chium, Sacram/TFL, ‘Sacrum break-up’ and a couple of other moves. I think I’ve won him over finally.
