06.01.2022 We wish you a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. Thank you for your support throughout one of the most challenging years. During the Christmas and New Year period our office will be closed from 3pm Thursday 24th December and will re-open 8.00am on Tuesday 5th January.

01.01.2022 Ohhh what a year we have had! In 2020 we all experienced a big shift in focus - people putting their health first in a huge way. And while the catalyst for this change has been tragic, we have had the pleasure of assisting clients prioritising their health and wellbeing like never before. 2020 was the year that we didn't necessarily get what we wanted, but we learnt to appreciate what we had. It showed us just how hard life can be, but that it's where you put your focus that... makes all the difference. It showed us that there is good with the bad, that there is a silver lining to life's challenges if you look for it. If 2020 was the hardest year for you yet, then congratulations. You survived and will be a lot stronger for it. And if 2020 was a good year for you, then congratulations too. As we enter 2021, no doubt to be another year full of uncertainty, challenges, and growth. My hope is that you follow the truth you connected with over the last year, and pursue what really set’s your soul on fire.
