08.01.2022 While the Android version of the bcu Connect App is ready, there have been some delays in getting the app live on the Play Store which unfortunately is beyond our control as we wait for Google to release the app. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this has caused. As an interim solution, we are advising all Members to access the new bcu iBank platform through your smartphone. bcu iBank is now fully mobile responsive and can be accessed on the homepage at www.bcu.com.au. We thank you for your patience and will provide an update as soon as one becomes available.

06.01.2022 We’re back! Our banking system upgrade is now complete. Cards, EFTPOS & ATMs have been working throughout, and the following systems have been restored. ... The bcu Connect App (Apple devices Android shortly) bcu iBank Phone Banking Our Call Centre will be open 8am-5pm today, should you require assistance Please note, there is a delay in the Android version of the bcu Connect App being available to download, and we are working to rectify this as a matter of priority. 03.01.2022 The RBA has today announced that it has reduced the official cash rate by 15 bps to a record low of 0.10% pa. We are currently reviewing our lending and deposit rates off the back of the change. bcu will update members with any rate changes to their lending or deposit accounts as soon as possible.
