13.01.2022 Are your termite barriers up to date? With this wet and mild weather, the flying termites (alates) are coming out of the nest and looking for a new home. The photo below was taken this morning (15th March 2020), its the paddling pool on our lawn. These are winged termites, although most of the wings have fallen off. You can tell they are termites as both sets of wings are the same size. Don't confuse them with flying ants which have one long and one short pair of wings.
