Meditation doesn't have to be hard work, it can involve just "zenning" out like sitting on a park bench and looking at the trees or staring out at the beautiful ocean as you are mesmerized by the views and the crashing waves. Another example is Swimming, it also has a meditative effect because with each stroke you are in a rhythm as you breathe and move through the water. The mind needs rest, meditation and chilling out and the consequences of overthinking, stress and anxiety can have harmful effects on your health and wellbeing!

17.01.2022 Mindfulness goes a long way in this world! Meditation doesn't have to be hard or challenging. Keep it simple: it's just about quieting your mind from thoughts and focusing on one thing. This could be your breathe, the sounds around you or your body (thinking of each body part and organ). If you are wanting to give it a try, look on YouTube for some guided meditations and start with 5 or 10 minutes.
