20.01.2022 HYDRATION // Water is essential for the human body to function. Dehydration contributes to lethargy, mood changes, weakness and confusion just to name a few symptoms. I know when I'm adequately hydrated I perform 110% better in my day-to-day activities. Are you getting enough fluids? General recommendation for adults is 8-10 cups/day. Many of my friends and clients struggle to meet this. A great way to increase your fluid intake is by flavouring your water to make it more app...ealing. Using herbal and fruit teas is a great way to do this - hot or cold! @redsealnz tea in particular have naturally sweetened their tea with stevia so it tastes as good as it smells but with zero calories/sugar. Here's a delicious and easy homemade dish I whipped up using chicken tenderloins that were on sale for half price! Sauce ingredients: Tomato Passata (uncooked tomato puree), 1 x onion, 3 x cloves garlic, whole bunch basil, red wine, olive oil.
