Were having a huge Thai green curry with rice at our house cooked with YIAH Thai Green curry dip mix , Its been cooking all day in the slow cooker my house smelt amazing when i walked in from work and best part is not only is it absolutely DELICIOUS but we have heaps and heaps of left overs for tomorrow night #winning

08.01.2022 Five minute Chocolate Mint Fudge 1 x pack 375g choc melts, 1 x tin condensed milk 2 x tablespoons butter... 2 x dessertspoons Dark mint Chocolate powder. In microwave proof bowl, add chocolate and butter. Microwave on high for one minute. Allow to stand for another minute after mixing to ensure it melts. If required return to microwave for a further 30 seconds. Add condensed milk and chocolate powder, and mix well. Pour into a lined slice tray 10x20 biggest size I would use. Level and refrigerate for at least two hours. Cut into squares and enjoy! NOTE: You can use any YIAH choc powder you have! :) Recipe & photo credit: Kristine Henderson
