17.01.2022 Hi students and parents. It is great to be back in the Dojo and teaching again. 14.01.2022 Happy New Year For our students it’s time to start thinking about a return to training in only 3 weeks (3rd Feb) - Can you remember techniques and Kata? you’ve been practising right - Is your Gi clean? Do you know where your belt is?... - Have you stopped eating chocolate For the parents, guardians and friends of the Dojo. - Time to get active, get on the floor, learn something new and have some fun. You do not need to be an athlete, just willing to learn. Don’t forget it is not just Karate, you can also train in Jujitsu if you are a member. Juniors and Seniors welcome. Look forward to seeing everyone back on Wed.3rd Feb. Enjoy the rest of the break, stay safe. Sensei Marc

06.01.2022 Hi Parents & Students, You will be aware that due to a Covid-19 cluster in the northern suburbs the SA Government has re-introduced restrictions across many areas and activities. Unfortunately this means that Karate training is cancelled for the next 2 weeks (18/11 & 25/11).... I will provide more updates as the situation unfolds, please keep a watch on our Facebook page and fingers crossed for a quick shutdown of this outbreak. Keep safe. Sensei Marc

01.01.2022 Today we announced that restrictions in SA will be eased in a major way from 29 June. First and foremost, the density requirements for all defined public activi...ties will be 1 person per 2 square metres. That includes everything from hospitality to indoor fitness classes. There will be no maximum limit per room providing businesses adhere to the 2 square metre density requirement. Activities previously not allowed will also be able to resume including: - Contact indoor sport (competition) - Standing hospitality - Nightclubs and music festivals - Food courts (on-site consumption) - Gaming rooms/facilities in pubs and clubs - Indoor play centres - Casinos - Spas, saunas and bathing - Amusement arcades/parks An approved COVID Management Plan will be required for some activities, including large public gatherings (further details to be provided). We're getting SA back to business. It hasn't been easy, but by working together we will keep South Australia safe and strong.

01.01.2022 Merry Christmas to all of our students, parents, guardians, fellow instructors and friends of the Dojo.

01.01.2022 Congratulations to Alice & Craig from our Dojo who graded to Blue Belt in Judo at Salisbury today. Professor demands a high standard and you both did very well.

01.01.2022 We have many new students with us now and the weather is starting to warm so I thought it was a good opportunity to resend our policies covering Dojo Rules, Hot Weather and Communications. Please check your email inbox. I want to thank everyone for their assistance in making our job as instructors easier by complying with the challenging Covid-19 constraints. Next week Wed.23rd September is our final training session for the term as we will break for school holidays. Have a... safe and pleasant end of term. Sensei Marc
