Additionally, he has been a NACE International Member for 34 years and ...active NACE International, rising to the position of Chair of the Technical Committee (TTC) administering all NACE Corrosion Standards 2013-2015. Tom was Convener and appointed US Expert of ISO Committee TC67/SC2/WG14 External Protective Pipeline Coatings, consisting of 7 different standards writing groups. This is a critical position, and a rewarding package will be offered to the successful applicant. Bellis stocks and markets and fabricates insulation materials, fabric expansion joints for removable duct, exhaust systems - insulation mats. Previous exper...ience is these areas will be an advantage. Reporting to the Factory Supervisor and Office Administrator, your duties will include: Picking, packing, quality control and dispatch of customer orders Negotiating with transport companies for freight rates for customer orders. Unloading, unpacking, quality inspection and storing of incoming material deliveries Maintenance of stock levels and stock counting as required. General factory duties as required To be successful in this role you will need to have: The right to live and work in Australia Be willing to undergo a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening Have prior warehouse experience in a similar role (2 years minimum) A current manual drivers licence A current forklift licence Be physically fit and able to lift heavy item within OHS guidelines Be able to comply within company procedures and requirements Be computer literate Be familiar with Accounting software (Sybiz or similar) and the Microsoft Office suite Excellent attention to detail Good problem-solving skills Good communication skills Strong organisation skills Be reliable and punctual The ability to work to tight deadlines Have a "can do" attitude The position is based at our manufacturing site in Coopers Plains on Brisbane's south side.
