19.01.2022 I have been facilitating my Bend and Stretch Kids classes on the GC, and NSW for past 6 years. I get asked a lot is it difficult to get an 18 month old to do yoga My answer is simple YES its definitely not easy, but I love the authenticity of their innocent hearts. I love that they try and keep trying. I love that they dont care what the person next to them is doing. I love that they embrace their version of the pose, and just go with it. It definitely takes, a lot of pa...tience, enthusiasm, animation, creativity, and a weird singing voice, to teach kids yoga, but I wouldnt do anything else. I have been given the privilege of bringing Yoga to over 250 children every week, and that number is growing. 15.01.2022 Just a few of the many comments I have received about COVID 19 from my toddlers and preschoolers. Of course I couldnt help but giggle at a few of their comments. But some of them were heart breaking for me to hear. They are unsure and uneasy on whats happening in their little world, they feel and know that things are different. A lot of their friends arent coming to Kindy at the moment, Dad doesnt have his job anymore and mum is working at home. They dont understand w...hy they cant see their nanna and poppy at Easter, and why they arent able to play outside in the park anymore. We all have to be mindful of what our children hear and see, they are listening and worrying more than we realise.
