22.01.2022 Three change over installations this week of gas ducted heaters with cracked heat exchangers!! All systems were upgraded to higher efficiency units with modifications made to the existing set ups to meet regulations and improve the performance of the over all system operations. Reconfigure Ducting, upsize return air ducts, upsize return grills with filters etc... One example is we removed a ceiling return air set up and made a void to get there return down to ground level. These modifications can make a huge difference to the over all heating and efficiency of your home. Stay safe & keep warm.

20.01.2022 Is your return air filter blocked!? Blocked ducted heater return air filters can reduce the heaters running capacity possible causing damage to the heaters heat exchanger and reducing the efficiency, costing you more to run.

20.01.2022 Looks like the winter weather is almost here!! With a cold and wet weekend ahead, stay safe and keep warm everyone. There will be a lot of heaters turning on for the first time this weekend, so remember to vacuum filters, keep flammable items far enough away from the face of heaters and if you find yourself getting a headache, feeling dizzy, nauseous and suddenly tired it might be your gas heater. If this happens turn the heater off and get fresh air straight away. We are still trading and are able to book in heater services the next few weeks for anyone who has heating issues or just wants a general clean and carbon monoxide test.

In a testing year for us all we have really appreciated the support from all... our new customers for giving us a try for the first time, to all our wonderful regular customers for continuing to use and recommending us! 12.01.2022 There are some really dirty evaporative coolers out there!!!! These types of coolers really do need to be cleaned annually!!! This helps ensure that they ...work as efficiently & safely as possible, which also ensures the unit and its parts e.g Pads, pump, drain valve, fan etc... last as long as possible. See more

12.01.2022 These are the perfect afternoons/nights to use your evaporative cooler on FAN only mode to get that cooler, fresh air into the house. Open some windows, get the fan on & make the house more comfortable. You don’t need to run it with the water and have it too cold.

10.01.2022 Wow time flies!! We have just turned 10 years old. A huge thank you for everyone’s support over these years, we couldn’t have done it without you! We have so many wonderful customers, builders and suppliers that help make running this business a real pleasure. Over the next couple of months we will be having some specials and give aways to help celebrate our anniversary .

It was installed in the kitchen area to keep the wonderful staff cool while cooking their delicious food for us all. 09.01.2022 Here are some of this week’s evaporative cooler services. Mould, mud, leaves, spiders etc.... there is a lot of build up that occurs in these type of coolers. This build up leads to inefficiency, pumps and drain valves failing, shorter pad life and can be unhealthy to run. It is important to maintain your evaporative cooler annually to ensure a that it is clean and running safely & as effectively as possible. This will also help the life out of the overall unit. Servicing includes overall unit cleaning, pad flushing, parts testing and disinfecting.

05.01.2022 A new customer called us out to a suspected leaking cooler this week. After inspection it was found to be related to the gas ducted heater to their surprise. The heater was around 10 years old and the flue seal had started to leak. While fixing the issue we did a full service, clean and Carbon monoxide test. We found a number of issues which we rectified. The return air filter grill was changed over to a new one, batteries changed in the remote, room fan cleaned, heater setti...ng adjusted properly, faults cleared and all sensors were cleaned & tested. These ducted heating systems are out of site, out of mind (in ceilings or outside) meaning more often than not they are forgotten about and not serviced until there is an issue. Regular maintenance on these systems can help avoid major issues happening and keep the heater working safely and at it’s maximum capacity and efficiency. See more

02.01.2022 Here is a gas wall furnace that we serviced this week. The customer was in shock at how dirty it was and at just how dangerous it was to be in this condition. The customer brought the house last year and was told by the real estate that the heater had just been serviced and had always been well maintained!! It is important for all gas space heater to be cleaned, serviced & CO test every year to insure that they operate safe and efficient.
