23.01.2022 Today was the start of a toilet block upgrade. New wall hung stainless steel urinals and cisterns almost completed. Big thank you to Barney for his help on this one.

23.01.2022 No room for an excavator on this one. Replacement of of a collapsed 100mm boundary trap 1.6m deep. Dug up repaired and backfilled in a day.

16.01.2022 Today saw the replacement of 6 broken gate valves in a concrete driveway at a block of units. Anyone in the game knows how fun working with G.I pipe can be NOT!!! Valves were replaced ahead of schedule meaning minimal disruption to water supply.

14.01.2022 LOOKING TO BUY A NEW HOME? Pre purchase plumbing inspections. We can carry out a visual inspection of all plumbing defects, including providing a condition report of:... - all fixtures and fittings, - the structural integrity and condition of all internal drainage systems using CCTV, - all hot and cold water lines including flow and pressure tests, - hot water cylinders, and - external guttering systems and downpipes. Don't assume just because the house that you are looking at is newly built, that the plumbing will be in good condition. This house was built less then 3yrs ago and the new owner has had issues with a wet, soggy lawn since purchasing their new home. After CCTV was carried out of their drainage system, this is one of many problems found.
