06.01.2022 This is a very special week and one that I've been preparing all year for! Just in time for NAIDOC week, I've hand crafted a special menu showcasing native indigenous bush foods. I am a strong advocate of native ingredients and there is a lot of love in this weeks options. I've prepared a gnocchi fried with fresh warrigal greens and crushed pepperberries. I have a refreshing potato salad with karkalla and seablite. My bush curry is packed full of native spices, bush tomato a...nd salt bush... and of course it wouldn'nt be complete without dessert. This week we also have a fingerlime and lemon myrtle cheesecake too Now it wouldn't also be complete if I didn't bring back my beloved pepperberry hot sauce too! I also have a few native pickled celeries that make a perfect bar snack. These are strictly limited so get in quick!
