20.01.2022 We haven’t posted for a while because we have been busy expanding our manufacturing space. We are sad that we have had to take out our dining area but you can still come in to eat and have a coffee through the archway. Drop in and see us. We do recommend you place an order in advance to avoid disappointment. All Gluten Free!! That’s all we do.

15.01.2022 Only two days left to get your Easter buns. We are baking every day but do recommend ordering to avoid disappointment. We are selling out quickly each day. Double Chocolate buns or Fruit buns. We are closed Good Friday and Easter Saturday. If you can’t collect today we are baking and freezing orders to be collected over the Easter weekend at Bizy Bee.

14.01.2022 A sample of our new cookies - white choc macadamia and lemon lime....just delicious. Drop in for a scroll - custard and apple,or cinnamon apple. And of course, order some fresh high top bread - seeded, white, wholemeal, activated charcoal or black rice. Our pies are looking good too!

14.01.2022 We’re very very busy baking Christmas treats....it’s not too late to order your delicious soft and tasty puddings and cake. While you’re in pickup some Xmas truffles, biscuits or slices- all gluten free. Also don’t forget your usual supplies of bread, rolls, pasta, pesto and mayonnaise. Remember we are open tomorrow and Monday 23rd. Treats can be collected from Bizy Bee up to 5pm Christmas Eve.

12.01.2022 SOURDOUGH BREAD - GLUTEN FREE!!!! We have been many many weeks perfecting our sourdough bread. We started from scratch with the fermentation process and have come up with a bread which we think is great. We believe we are the first to produce a Gluten Free Sourdough bread.

07.01.2022 After a very busy Easter we are back baking our normal goodies. We are using the deck oven and the bread looks fabulous. Don’t forget Anzac Day tomorrow- drop in for some delicious GF Anzac biscuits.

06.01.2022 It’s business as usual in our Gluten Free Bakery. We are taking orders for hot cross buns for Easter and for now , as well as staples like bread, rolls, pizza bases, cheese and bacon pull aparts and sweet treats. Many customers are inboxing their orders or phoning. We are still baking madly and feel sure we won’t be forced to close in this uncertain time. We want to let everyone know that we are taking our hygiene practices to the utmost to keep our customers and our staff safe. Call 6333 0906, in box or drop in.

01.01.2022 We have just heard on the news that there is a shortage of GF bread and products because of panic buying as well as non GF people buying GF products because they couldn’t get normal ones. This is a scary situation. Please note that we are baking our usual GF products daily and will continue to do so. We are taking orders for our breads etc plus Easter treats now.
