15.01.2022 Tumble Tuesdays 101 Recreational tumble At Blitz we offer 2 different types of recreational tumble classes. ... Recreational tumble A classes are a 1 hour long class for anyone looking to learn to roll, jump and cartwheel in a fun and enjoyable environment while making new friends and gaining strength and flexibility. Times and days available: Monday 5:30- 6:30pm Saturday 8:30-9:30am Recreational tumble B classes are a 1.5 hour long class for athletes 10 years and older who still want to have fun but are interested in a more disciplined and structured class with higher focus on technique and strength training to excel skills faster. This is the place for dancers etc looking at progressing their skills for a specific purpose. A 30 minute magical ballet experience for 2- 5 year olds Twirl our mascot will lead our little dancers through each step of the class as they learn the fundamentals of ballet. MIME Explore creativity and gain confidence by going on a picnic with FREEZE and TWIRL, riding the tutu train to storybook lane and so much more. Flyer classes have been amazing even though weve only been able to run half of them in person. strength technique flex... body positions confidence Being a flyer isnt as easy as it looks, it takes a considerable amount of training to get right & we love being able to provide this weekly so our fabulous flyers can work towards their goals. Keep up the great work everyone

03.01.2022 Congratulations to Charlotte, Olivia and Ben on completing their Level 1 tumble skills card! This double sided card has 30 different sets of skills to be signed off in our tumble classes. We are so excited to have these back up and running after COVID paused our 2020 plans. Can’t wait to see more completed cards in the coming weeks

READY SET DANCE is a one hour Ready Set Dance combo class of JAZZ, TAP, HIP HOP, SINGING and MUSIC. and a whole lot of fun! The program caters for two levels, 2-3 years and 4-5 years. JAZZ Develop muscle strength, control and balance and achieve coordination milestones like skipping before going to school. HIP HOP Bust out some ice cold moves just like Freeze to our original hip hop tracks. MUSIC. Develop the musical ear, dynamics and tempo while having fun with instruments and the parachute. SINGING Sing like Twirl and build confidence singing on the microphone TAP Learn the fundamentals of tap in a playful and creative way splashing in puddles and shuffling like a penguin.
