24.01.2022 My BRICC challenge is to raise funds for Ballarat Regional Integrated Cancer Centres digital footprint. So cancer patients, family and friends can be empowered with supportive information. No cancer patient should lose a mate because they don't know how to cope. As a result my challenge is to ride to beechworth with my cargo bike and mountain bike compete in the Kristy Cup and ride back to Ballarat approx 800km unsupported to replicate the feeling of loneliness against a great challenge. 17.01.2022 OK so here is my dilemma with my ride next week. I believe I can ride at an average of 13-17 k's per hour and for about 12 hours which should take me to around 200 k's for the first day. BUT at 200 there is no town for 50ks before or 57 after dilemma what do I do? do I ride the extra 107? I would of liked to taper off by the 200 not have another 57ks to go. hmmmmm.

03.01.2022 Update for Bloke On Bikes challenge. On Friday I had a donation from the Ballarat North Sports Club Charity Piggy totalling $520 brilliant how people find a way to give! On Friday as well I was reminded of why I am doing this ride a great friend of Mine Mother passed away she had brain Cancer. RIP to a beautiful lady Gaye Atkinson you will be sadly missed.
