05.01.2022 Blonde Co Policy All appointments made online are sent a confirmation email after the appointment has been created and then a follow up reminder email and text is sent 24hr prior to your appointment. Cancellations require 24hr notice (so I can offer your time slot to my cancellation list as quite often I am booked out) Cancellations within this time frame will incur a $50 fee which will be added to your next appointment No shows will incur an 100% fee of their appo...intment, this will need to be paid before you return for another appointment in future. Public holidays and after hours appointments (5 or later) will incur a $20 fee. Lash infills from someone else will incur a $30 fee on top of my infill price as I don't like to fill others work. Lashes must be clean and mascara/make up free or a $10 cleaning fee will be charged for extra time used to cleanse them There must be 15 or more lashes per eye to be considered an infill otherwise a full set will be charged accordingly. Children are not permitted at appointments due to OH&S regulations. My insurance does not cover them as there are sharp objects and strong adhesives/chemicals present. (Special considerations may apply). Appointment times need to be adhered to as I run strictly on time. Too early results in your waiting, running late results in lost time in your service and quite possibly a less desired result, full charges still apply. 15minutes or more late results in immediate cancellation and $20 late fee applied to your next appointment.
