Breakfast like a King, lunch like prince and dinner like a pauper is a great eating principle to keep in mind as you move through each meal of the day. A large breakfast allows time and activity to assist digestion. A moderate lunch can continue to give stable energy for the afternoon and a smallish dinner can empower rest. Obviously in our culture we value the large social dinner. Do this when it suits, have a lovely social feast and enjoy it. When possible though, try and return to the King, Prince, pauper meal plan.
