19.01.2022 WELLNESS WEDNESDAY! Fiona has extended our theme of Building Resilience for the next 4 weeks. This week we will be focussing on 'Gratitude Practice' where Fiona will teach us how to create a daily gratitude practice through mindfulness. So make sure you join @fiona_kriaris tonight ay 6pm for a 30 minute active Meditation session - Zoom link in the Facebook group... #bft2uwellnesswed

17.01.2022 As directed by the Victorian Governement Department of Health and Human Services you must wear a facemask correctly; - On entry, during the coaches introduction to the session and warm up - During a low intensity resistance session i.e Strength, Hyper and Balanced - As soon as you finish your session and exit the studio... You may take off the face mask after your warm up and commencing a high intensity cardio or resistance session i.e XTX, Cardio HIIT, Cardio Summit, H.I.R.T. However it must be put back on straight after the session is finished. If you have taken the mask off you must carry it around with you. We hope that we will not have to wear a mask whilst training for a prolonged amount of time, and understand that its not ideal but until then we ask that you pleease comply with the instructions outlined. Thank you for your understanding

12.01.2022 Monday's are for our members! Dan is an absolute inspiration and always full of energy, we asked him what he has been doing to keep motivated during lockdown. "I’ve always been motivated to keep fit and try to keep to a strict routine but through winter was a challenge. I dusted off some old gym equipment and painted the garage at the start of iso so I had a nice space to train and keep me motivated. The BFT2U classes have been great to follow so I don’t have to think about m...y own training. . My regualr eating routine is pretty good; I have an omelette for breakfast, quinoa, tuna and veggies for lunch, chia pudding with fruit and yoghurt in the afternoon and then some form of protein for dinner with veggies and salad and then I treat myself on the weekends. I try to get out of the house daily and complete 10,000 steps a day more for the positive mentality than the physical aspect. I can’t wait to see you all back at the gym soon or at least for some outdoor group training hopefully! Hang in there." See more

Even though we are super pumped we do ask you to please not forget all policies and procedures put in place to keep you all safe and abide by Vic Gov Policy and restrictions;... * Arrive and on time to your session. Late arrivals will not be allowed in. * Towel is compulsory, you can purchase one from the studio if you forget. * Face mask must be worn during sessions (High intensity sessions are the exemption) * Remember to practice social distancing * Wipe down all surfaces touched after using them * Sanitise hands on arrival * Book into your sessions and if you cant make it, please cancel.
