25.01.2022 Week 3 Wrap Up Another phenomenal week done crew! WELL DONE! Amazing efforts once again from you all with keeping your consistency up and getting it done.... Great to hear everyone is settling into the groove now and setting yourselves up for this half way mark. Stay strong in this next half now team. We know from past challenges and experience that end of week 3 there is usually a slight drop off (don’t let it be you!), some get complacent and ease up on the things that have got them the start of some results, some start to lose their focus and attention to what they committed to in the goal setting and why it’s so important to see these changes. So now is a great time to come back to those goal you committed to when your emotions spoke with honesty and how you really feel, so revisit your WHY and keep following the plan - putting one foot in front of the other. If it doesn’t challenge you, it won’t change you Come back to a strong mindset and let’s get it done. Amazing effort from our cocooheads of the 5AM crew taking home the crown this week. Some amazing training & recovery & consistecny from you guys. Awesome work! 6 & 7:30am crew were not far behind - keep up the good work this week team and you might catch the crazy cats! 24.01.2022 Never miss a Monday @damienbjennings Start the week right and the domino effect will follow throughout the week. Today we have got our second progression of Strength in our periodised programming to ensure everyone is getting the results that they are after. The program is assisting our members to get back their strength and fitness pre lockdowns and is programmed accordingly. Today with our strength program we are working through said reps on each exercise and encouragin...g our members to go slightly heavier than last week if they are feeling good and moving well. As coaches we are really using this opportunity to strip everything right back and work on our members weaknesses and build them back up in to strong bodies and minds. Progressions and the right type of overload are where the results are at. It’s pure science and it’s why we are different, better Let’s start the week right See ya’ll in the studio

23.01.2022 We are back and overwhelmed by all the love and messages we have been receiving. You guys are incredible It has been a crazy 48hours to go above and beyond to make sure we are following covid protocols and keeping everyone safe. We are so lucky to have the space that we do to be able to provide such a valuable space for outdoor training while following the government guidelines. There are no words for how good it is to see you all and coach you all face to face again. Throu...gh such a challenging time the resilience from everyone is something we can now take with us moving forward. Well done us! Thank you all for all your support

Another epic week of training ahead while we wait for some further announcements in regards to our outdoor training BFT style. Let’s keep at it team! 18.01.2022 1 WEEK DOWN!! Amazing work this first week of the challenge team with getting organised and getting it done Great to see so many of you attending the LIVE sessions as well - it makes our days as coaches to see your faces & names on there. It feels like us saying hello to you in the studio. Week 1 is all about finding your groove with the challenge - Your meal prep, your training frequency, your sleep and recovery and figuring out if the goals that you set weekly are realist...ic and is aligned with your bigger goal at the end of the 8 weeks. Let’s keep powering through team - we love your work! Massive shout out to our top 5’s in #teamtaylor & #teamlindblom - you guys are awesome! Well done Week 2 here we go! It started in hard core lockdown and finished in the best way with us all being back in the studio with the best vibes going around Amazing work to all of our challengers who completed this 8 week challenge and got it done even though it was during tough times and restrictions. 18.01.2022 What an epic week of training we had last week and this week is another amazing week! We also welcome Balanced into the programming this week - we have so much love for this session A session that really helps you work on your weaknesses and makes you stronger for all the other sessions that we do in the week. It is one not to miss - Friday, book it in Saturday we will also have a rolling Christmas celebration post your Saturday session. DJ twiggy will be in the studio to ...set the vibes and we will have @brotherbasilandco giving out coffees and some post work out treats! We can’t wait. 16.01.2022 Another week of epic training in the books team.- we have been loving the new proramming coming through this week and we absoltey love coaching you all through the 1st progressions of the programming to really set a good bench mark for the weeks to come! Next week - believe it or not - it is Christmas! We will be running normal session times from Monday - Wedneday and then Thursday is a slightly different timetable and then we will be closed on the 25th and 26th from some wel...l needed family time and restoration. 14.01.2022 HYPER LOWER BODY FRIDAY We finish the working week off coaching the crew through Hyper Lower Body today and of course with everyones favourite’RnB Friday’ vibes in the studio. Monday we kicked off the 1st progression of our Hyper Upper Body program and now today we get started with the 1st progression of the Lower Body Hyper program.... As Coaches we love rolling out the first progression of a program block as this sets the objectives of the progressive programming and the intentions, the proper exercise technique along with the training goals for the next 5 sessions in the weeks ahead. Focusing on correct technique while developing lean muscle, to get stronger, move better and get fitter every session all while tracking our resutls. Every session has a reason why we do what we do, we train properly and follow what the science has proven. 13.01.2022 FINAL WEEK OF OUR 8 WEEK CHALLENGE Wow, we can't believe it is already week 8! That did go quick. Let's finish it off with a BANG team and bring it home strong. Keep doing what you have been doing and let's keep getting it done Another solid week of training ahead, let's use today to plan the week out and keep doing what we say we will do ... BFT2U Final testing. For those who are wanting to complete the last phase of testing this will be on Thursday on BFT2U only. Challenge Tuesday will be with our Dietcian Sam who will be talking to you all about post challenge nutrition. We would HIGHLY recommend that you tune in to this and set some goals around this next maintenance phase. Super important to do to stay on track and also maintain everything you have achieved over these past 8 weeks. Session numbers are now 18. YAY! 12.01.2022 8 WEEK CHALLENGE MALE WINNER This legend - what a KING Love your work @spiza83 what incredible results over the past 8 weeks that have been such a challenging time for almost everyone. ... This one hits us right in the heart as coaches We love the fact that you feel you can now maintain the results post this challenge, with all the tools you have put in to place. In our previous challenge Spiz’s transformation was incredibly!!! His bodyfat% was into the low teens and looking ripped, after our post challenge review he mentioned to us how fatigued he felt that caused a decrease in performance-(We identity for Spiz that a to aggressive calorie deficit was not ideal and sustainable) and unfortunately a loss of muscle mass was unfortunately what cost him winning that challenge. Now this is where our hearts become full With our conversations about the things to improve and work on this time round, Spiz took all of our coaching on board, started to understand the importance of a controlled and programmed training plan, combined with the right nutrient plan for the energy expenditure to build muscle while burning body fat, and as you can see the results speak for themselves. We focused on not over training to a point the body wears out and performance decreases and become a high risk of injury- it’s not always an ego show of who can do the most or go the hardest! It’s about understanding what works and setting the goals to check each week and staying accountable to what you say you’ll do This is what it is all about! 12.01.2022 CHALLENGE WEEK 7 & FIRST WEEK BACK IN THE STUDIO Wow what a week it has been team having you all back home in the studio. It still feels surreal and oh my goodness so incredibly good. Hope you all have had an awesome week and weekend rolling in to the somewhat normal Thank you to everyone for being on time to your sessions and showing up - what it is all about and it makes our job SO much easier as well - thank you ... This week we head in to week 7 believe it or not! Our second last week of the challenge Being the last 2 weeks of the challenge we also have a last mini challenge of cutting back processed foods Here are the upcoming session for in studio as well as BFT2U, another solid week of training ahead starting of with Strength tomorrow Remember we are only one week into being back in the studio - keep taking your time with the sessions and keep easing in to it. It may feel like you have lost strength & fitness but instead of focusing on what you have lost use this as an opportunity to start from the basic and teach your body how to move and respond to training. This the perfect timing to start from scratch and do everything right Remember more isn't always better and keep listening to your body. See you all tomorrow

We are pimping out our carpark to the best that... we can and this time around equipment will be allowed outside. Get ready team! 09.01.2022 Week 5 here we go team!! Oh man' it has been sooo good to see you all in real life. It feel so surreal that we are actually back. Christmas definitely came early! One more week outdoors and then next week we get to move inside the studio again Amazing work this week team. Remember to take it easy in the beginning and keep listening to your bodies. It is better to ease into it rather than going all out the first week or 2.... Please also remember to stretch at home after each session now when we don't have it in the programming due to timing.
