22.01.2022 Hi Gang, As those who came to classes Tuesday know, I was struggling big time with my voice.... unfortunately it took its toll as yesterday and today I have no voice, nuda, kaput.... GONE Devistated as much as you that I have had to cancel ALL classes today (Kids bounce and Boogie Bounce) as I wouldn't be able to give you a pumped up class with my woo's, yeah's and encouragment let alone be able to instruct.... I do apologise, but I will be back next week!! You can always do a double up next week to make up for it . I know there are many ladies and even gents out there that like the look of Boogie Bounce and need that extra push to bring themselves along to try a class, so why not be that push and give a friend or relative a Boogie Bounce Gift Voucher this Christmas!? 07.01.2022 UPDATE: Monday night 5.30pm evening class!! Zumba classes are now being held at PCYC Kempsey. Wednesday morning: 6.30am - 7.30am... Monday afternoon: Kids Class for 30mins at 4.30pm Monday evening 5.30pm - 6.30pm. These classes are fun, dance fitness classes for all ages and fitness levels. I have been an instructor for over 10 years and will tailor the class to accommodate everyone. Just come along and give it a go. Yes you will laugh and smile....a lot!! If you have two left feet and no rhythm, no problem...you will fit in perfectly. $10.00 per class Just wear comfortable clothes and bring a water bottle.
