23.01.2022 Ocean Club visit to Hardy Reef A salty and sweet group of students and staff have formed a new coralful group at school called the Ocean Club. The group were fortunate to take a trip to Hardy reef earlier this week. There was nothing fishy about this trip, with students participated in CoralWatch, a UQ citizen science project, investigating coral health by collecting data on coral colours. While conditions on the boat ride back were sick-ening...all students still had a whale of a time and saw lots of marine creatures.

22.01.2022 A special message from Mrs Prichard. ATARs have been released. Congratulations to all students for their well-deserved 2020 ATAR results. Our 2020 Year 12 cohort worked extremely hard to achieve their QCE, QCIA, Vocational Certificates and final results. You have been resilient and courageous as you have been presented with a multitude of challenges and obstacles throughout this year. This time of the year is always a time of anticipation, excitement and hope. It can also... be a time of some disappointment and angst. Some of you have achieved your short term goals and your commitment and dedication has been recognised. You have been rewarded for your perseverance and you deserve the praise and admiration you are entitled to. Congratulations to all who have received the ATAR they had been planning and preparing for. We are all very proud of you and wish you many more successes in the future. You definitely deserve them. If you did not receive the results you were hoping for do not despair there are many alternative pathways to enrol in to University. This is a time for you to review your options, you still have many, go to plan B or C or D. Stay determined and refocus your energies in to deciding your next course of action. We believe in you and have every confidence that you will continue to be persistent and insistent with achieving all that you have set out to accomplish. Remember ‘Be Prepared for all Things’ and all the very best for 2021. Mrs Prichard Principal. See more
