22.01.2022 I have a 3.3 metre x 600mm top up for grabs. It has some defects on the front edge, but well below cost price. Suitable for workshop bench, or could be cut down for a vanity top, or study desk. It has an edge on the front and right hand side. Colour is alabaster matt finish. 18.01.2022 Saw this posted. So true.. think before you qoute cheap on your next job.. I always see posts looking for cheap work or why do tradies charge an arm and a leg? Well Ill lay it out. We dont get paid vacation, we dont get payed sick leave, we dont get paid annual leave, no carers leave, paternity or maternity leave, no pay on rain days, no overtime or bonuses for outstanding performance during the year from the boss. The skills we have were expensive to attain along wit...h the tools/vehicles and the time invested in your job. The (FREE!!) quotes, the ordering, picking up materials, bunnings Bbqs, time at your job including traveling either way. It all adds up. Thats not even looking at business finances like public liability, income protection, insurances, regos etc. We love being out own boss and I personally wouldnt have it any other way but that love that we put into your job doesnt pay the bills. While Im at it, dont ask for a cash discount and expect 10% or more! We have to pay GST on every little thing we buy. The only discount we can give is on our labour and who likes doing that?! So hug a tradie this Christmas. If they run their own show, hug them twice! Bring on our two week unpaid holidays

13.01.2022 This is a few before and after shots of a recent laundry I freshened up. The client was after some more storage space, and full length laundry top. We moved the laundry trough to the side, and combined washer and drier together in the middle, with 2 full height drawers to the left to be used as laundry pull out baskets. Cant wait to see photos once its been tiled. Daniel Streich

06.01.2022 What better time to do all the renovations around the house whilst in isolation. Here is a laundry I recently renovated for a client. Ive hidden all the plumbing inside the cabinetry, built a cabinet around the washing machine/drier to tidy it up, over head cabinets with 12volt LED lighting, full height pull out drawer for laundry, pull out drawer under laundry trough, finished off with 40mm thick Essa stone bench top. 06.01.2022 Just completed a floating en-suite with evo stone waterfall ends, and a semi recessed basin. This particular cupboard needed to be waterproof, so I made it out of PVC material used in alfresco areas with an acrylic stone look benchtop. I had to work with the client to make sure certain requirements were met for this build. I cant wait to see the finished product once the renovation is completed.
