My reading was so high it was off the charts. We have had a challenging few months and my body has responded the way it's designed to. So now it's time to focus on me. 07.01.2022 We all our Ningxia Red. Now we can enjoy in other ways. Great way to feed our body with a great dose of anti-oxidants, fibre, vitamins & amino-acids.... From Oils Club Bassendean Recipe for Ningxia Brownies 2 cups raw almonds 10 fresh soft pitted dates 1/2 cup goji berries 2 tablespoons of coconut oil 1 tablespoon vanilla water (I just used dash of vanilla extract) 3 tablespoons cacao powder pinch of salt 30ml NingXia Red 5-6 drops of Orange or Tangerine Oil Method: 1. Place almonds into food processor and process until broken up roughly. 2. Add cacao powder, and sea salt, process again for a few seconds until combined. 3. Add dates and process again for a few seconds until combined. 4. Add goji berries and process again until berries are in small pieces throughout the mixture. 5. Add coconut oil, Orange oil and vanilla and process until combined. 6. Add NingXia Red - just enough so that the mixture sticks together when squeezed together (30ml). 7. Press into lined slice tray 8. Refrigerate for 2 hours to set. 9. Cut into small pieces How to make Wolfberry tea Goji berries, a fruit that comes from the Chinese Lycium barbarum plant, have been used as a traditional medicine for general health, and recent studies suggest there is real evidence for its purported benefits. Many types of berries offer beneficial #antioxidants that protect the body against chronic disease, and goji berries may contain additional properties to improve #eyehealth. How to Use Enjoy approx. 1 Tbsp as desired Bring 250ml of water to a rolling boil, let cool for 3 minutes. Line bottom of cup or mug with dried wolfberries and add water. Steep for 5 minutes and stir before drinking. Wolfberries can also be added to your Slique Tea for a nice flavor twist. Once you have finished your tea, dont forget to enjoy the hydrated wolfberries!

03.01.2022 A handy reminder from Jo Boggle about our essential oil bottles. Essential Oil Tip Did you know that your Essential Oil doesn’t come out of the the centre of the little plastic cap. That’s right, if you look closely you will see a tiny hole, this is where it actually comes from. Did you also know you can control the flow of your oils. For those thicker oils turn the bottle so the hole is facing up and for the thinner oils simply turn the bottle so the hole is at the bottom.... Another tip if you struggle to find the hole in the first place as it is quiet small. Place a small mark on the label which will be easier to find next time. #betterlifeessentials
