17.01.2022 Club Captain Alan Grieve has been keen to get an American Foursomes event going at the Club for some time & today we discovered why. Alan & partner Bruce Collins, both now playing full time with Hickory clubs, shot a remarkable Even Par 70 Gross (61.75 nett)! It would have been a great achievement using modern equipment but even more special with 100 year old clubs. Congratulations Alan & Bruce!

05.01.2022 The final of the Brisbane Shield was completed on Sunday with Allan Duke & Trisha Quinn victorious in the 58th edition of the event. Allan and Trisha Quinn proved too good on the day against Bruce Wyse and Jen Berkman 4&2. Congratulations to all couples who competed in the event.

05.01.2022 Congratulations to Peter White on his amazing feat of beating his age with his 75 total strokes on Wednesday. Peter had 41pts off his handicap of 8. We won’t give away Peter’s age but for those that know him well, I’m sure they will recognise his incredible achievement.

04.01.2022 The Ladies’ AGM was held on Saturday 21 November and was well attended. As always it was a great celebration of the year’s achievements and honoured our winners for the year. We also said farewell to outgoing committee members and welcomed in the new committee for 2021.
