25.01.2022 You know what makes homemade muesli slice the best!? The recipe is SO versatile. You can substitute any or all the nuts, seeds or dried fruits to your favourite mix or the rice malt syrup for honey. You can even add in some cheeky chocolate . A perfect snack for the whole family kindly provided by Sparrow Early Learning Bray Park #SparrowEarlyLearningCentres #cookingwithkids #RecipeoftheDay

22.01.2022 Check out our music wall outside in the garden The children love investigating the different sounds all the pots and pans make and they create their own music in the process. This project came to life through our very talented miss Anika

20.01.2022 What's for breakfast this morning? We had cupcakes made of rocks, veggies from leaves and rice out of sand. The children got very creative this morning, using their imagination as they were cooking in the garden.

17.01.2022 As we have been spending a lot of time outside we have thought of a way to incorporate a lot of artistic and creative experiences for the children. With this beautiful area, set up especially for this, the children enjoy exploring art and sensory skills in a nice, secluded space. Thank you Miss Eileen, Mr Mark and Miss Sasha for all your creative ideas

04.01.2022 Congratulations Miss Donna. You are very much appreciated.

04.01.2022 This is how our little toddies have been sleeping for the past few weeks What better place to sleep, than under the trees shade, with the fresh air and songs of birds for company!

04.01.2022 This morning we found a little baby bird on the grass in our garden so Mr Mark and Miss Skye and the children all went to have a look and save it! All morning this was all we could hear: "there's a bird, the baby bird fell down!" We all took turns to watch it with careful eyes as Miss Kelly got it up on the tree, in a basket for its mummy.

03.01.2022 When is your child ready to write? See the difference between the hand of a preschooler (left) and the hand of a seven year old (right). Parents regularly ask why their their preschool age child is unable to write. This is why! Their hands are still unfolding and not fully formed. So what should we do to support them? PLAY! Plasticine, painting, cutting, pasting, digging in the earth, sensory games, costumes, science experiments, string, throwing balls, puzzles, etc. ... All these things help their hands develop. When they are physically ready to write, they will! No need to rush them, they will show you when they are ready. *hands will continue to develop past age 7, this is just a comparison of a point in time* -Mindful Moments Preschool

03.01.2022 The children have had a lovely time playing with the new cars Miss Kelly donated, and the road we made with masking tape this morning
