25.01.2022 Good Morning Crew! As we watch the COVID 19 cases rise in Victoria and New South Wales, wed just like to take this time to remind you to not be alarmed but be aware. We dont know where everyone has been and who they have come in contact with so please remember to social distance while in our stores, wash your hands regularly and of course if you are unwell please feel free to call your order through with a few hours notice and have someone collect it for you! ... We are relatively safe right now but we must keep it this way! Our staff are regularly washing and sanitising their hands and keeping surfaces clean and hygienic. During this time wed love you to choose contactless payments, however we will not turn you away if you only have cash, we are here to keep your bellies full! And we are not accepting any containers or produce bags from outside the store. If you are using your own shopping bags please make sure they are clean and free of debris! Above all we cant Thankyou enough for your support during what has been a crazy 6 months and of course we appreciate your patience moving forward as we all try to maintain our healthy little COVID free bubble!

24.01.2022 Feel like trying something a little different to the rustic ol roast leg of lamb? How about a slow cooked Lamb Shoulder? No need to carve as it will just melt when the knife glides through and because it cooks so long and low it has time to soak up all of those incredible flavours! ... This one was slow cooked for at least 8 hours and was drizzled with an Asian inspired sauce, garnished with some sautéed spring onion!

We’ve had a whirlwind day and the window is looking a little bare! We are amazing humans but won’t be able to replenish in the blink of an eye so please bare with us while we whip up more of your favourites! We have plenty of meat in our cool room and being delivered throughout the day so please be patient! ... Unfortunately we won’t be able to take orders at this time as we endeavour to fill our display! But as we said, there’s no lack of meat in our shop so don’t panic!
